In consideration of YumaPOS Australia (the "Supplier") extending credit to the applicant, I/We jointly and severally agree and covenant as follows:

Joint & Several Liability:
The Guarantor(s) unconditionally guarantee the punctual payment of all monies now or hereinafter owed by the Applicant to the Supplier.

14-Day Strict Terms:
All trading accounts are to be settled strictly within fourteen (14) days from the invoice date. The Supplier reserves the right to halt support and API terminal connectivity for accounts in default.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction:
This Deed and all trade agreements are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Western Australia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within WA courts.

Authorisation of Credit Checks:
The Guarantor(s) explicitly authorise the Supplier to perform comprehensive consumer and commercial credit reporting checks under the Privacy Act.

Indemnity Clause:
The Guarantor(s) indemnify the Supplier against any financial loss, legal costs, or collection fees incurred due to a breach of trade account limits or terms.
