Warranty Against Defects Policy
We offer a warranty against defects. This is an undertaking made at the time the goods or services are supplied. This promise is over and above the protections provided by law. It is important to remember a warranty against defects is provided in addition to consumer guarantees and does not limit or replace them.
Hardware
The period of manufacturer warranty will usually be specified on your quote / invoice.
It is important to note that while the initial period of the manufacturer warranty may be “on site”, the majority will be return to base ( RTB ).
Where you believe a manufacturer warranty may apply, during the RTB period, but request on-site attendance, you authorise Us to invoice you for a site visit to cover travel time and labour, and you agree to pay this invoice according to your Trading Account Terms & Conditions.
Where We determine a manufacturer warranty applies, you will be responsible for shipping and any temporary hardware used.
Where We need to use parts to rectify a hardware defect, We will cover the cost of these under the manufacturer warranty.
Software
Our software is constantly changing and evolving.
Our software is highly configurable to meet the demands of end users.
As part of the initial quoting stage, We will endeavour to get a full understanding of your business type, methods and practises. The information you provide will be used to assess the suitability of Our software for your business and will be provided with due care and skill to ensure the final product will be fit for its purpose.
We acknowledge that “bugs” may be introduced as part of a software upgrade, so have provided a clear and structured process to report, assess, rectify and resolve in a timely manner.
Repair, Replace, Refund & Cancel Policy
The ACCC website covers this better than We could.
We cannot take away your right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services.
