The under-signed person explicitly covenants, declares and agrees with the following operational mandates:

Authorised Representation: Confirms they are duly authorised to make this systems integration request on behalf of the commercial entity.

Identifier Verification: Has double-checked and verified that the provided UBER UUID precisely matches that of the designated BUSINESS NAME.

Platform Deployment: Requests that the targeted digital menu site be integrated into the Point of Sale known locally as YumaPOS Australia.

Domain Integration Authority: Authorises data streams and electronic electronic mail files originating from either the @yumapos.com.au, @yumapos.com or @yumapos.io domains to initiate this platform integration. *(Note: Enforces strict correction over typographical errors in source inputs)*.

Investigation Clearances: Authorises technical staff using the @yumapos.com.au, @yumapos.com or @yumapos.io domain registries to conduct and / or request technical investigations into the assigned UBER UUID.

Menu Control Lock: Understands that integration locks menu operations. This means any changes to their Uber AU menu must be managed strictly through their YumaPOS Back Office Management (BOM) portal.

Data Overwrite Hazard: Acknowledges and understands that initiating this integration will completely overwrite any existing Uber AU offerings previously created using the third-party UBER MENU MAKER tool.

BOM Operational Literacy: Has read, reviewed and/or been completely advised on how to correctly deploy changes inside their BOM, including executing any data PUSH updates to Uber AU channels.

Procedural Safety Guardrail: Where the venue operator is unsure of any technical process (within the BOM or POS App), they will halt changes and seek professional helpdesk support via support@yumapos.com.au.

Terms Compliance: Has read, accepted and agrees to the published Terms and Conditions legally available for digital public reference at https://yumapos.com.au/yumapos-australia-policies/.

De-integration : Understands that if a request is made to remove this integration, significant platform processing delays wmay occur before they regain access to UBER MENU MAKER to manually rebuild their menu offerings.

Audit Trail Integrity: Any formal requests for data alterations, additions or structural amendments are required to be transmitted directly via electronic mail to support@yumapos.com.au to log a clear and comprehensive corporate audit trail.

⚠️ WARNING: CONNECTING YOUR BOM TO UBER AU OVERWRITES MENU MAKER. DO NOT EXECUTE THIS REQUEST IF YOUR BOM IS NOT READY TO PUSH A SUITABLE MENU TO UBER AU.
