About Transactions by Employee List

This functionality allows you to view a history of transactions performed in your stores for specified period, sorted by Employee. Use your Back Office to display transactions for a selected store or display a summary of transactions for all  of your stores.

You can also view detailed information on each transaction from the Transactions list.

View Transactions by Employee List

In the left pane of the Back Office Management console, click Transactions / Employees.

From the Store list, select a store of interest or leave this field clear to display a summary of transactions for all your stores.

Using the date selector to choose the Date you want to view.

The filter parameters are as follows:

  • Store: leave blank for all stores or select the one that you are interested in.
  • Payment date: the transaction date (the order payment date).

View Employee Information

Select the Employee Name to quickly access detail about that Employee.
