About Transactions List by Terminal
This functionality allows you to view a history of transactions listed by Terminal, performed in your stores for a specified date.
Use your Back Office to display transactions by terminal for a selected store or display a summary of transactions for all of your stores.
You can also view detailed information on each terminal from the Transactions list.
View Transactions by Terminal List
In the left pane of the Back Office Management console, click Activity / Transactions / Terminals.
By default, it is for today. Use the date selector to change the date as required.
By default, all terminals are listed. If you are only interested in one terminal, you can filter by partial name.
Online & Offline terminals are listed. You may change this selection to suit.
The fields listed are as follows:
- Terminal Name
- Online Status
- Green = Online
- Orange = Offline
- Store Name the POS has been registered to
- Start of Shift Date & Time
- End of Shift Date & Time
- Employee
- Last Sale Date & Time
- Shift Sales for the current shift
- Total Sales made by the POS on the given date
View Terminal Information
By selecting a Terminal Name, you will be able to see detailed information about that Terminal.
View Shift Information
Where a SHIFT is listed, you can click on that SHIFT and drill down for detailed information.
