YumaPAY Onboarding Process Made Simple

Onboard by MVSI

OnBoard by MVSI is A SaaS compliance platform used by financial services and payments companies to streamline client and merchant onboarding. It helps businesses automate regulatory obligations like KYC (Know Your Customer), KYB (Know Your Business), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.

Create the Offer

YumaPAY will request some basic information about your Business :

  • ABN
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Email
  • Contact Phone

 

YumaPAY will then add extra information such as : 

  • Agreed Domestic MSF expressed as a %
  • Are you renting or buying terminals
  • Which model of terminal best suits your business
  • How many terminals you require

Email the Offer

At this stage, there is enough information for MVSI to email you the offer.

The email will contain a link that you can use to access and update the offer.

KYC / KYB / AML

These are the key steps that MVSI will do for YumaPOS.

Some, none or all of these may be applicable :

  • Do you want to surcharge ?
  • At what rate will you surcharge ?
  • Do you take AMEX ?
  • Apex Rewards Programme
  • Enable pinpad tipping ?
  • Enable MOTO ?
  • Enable CASHOUT ?
  • Enable EFB (Electronic Fall Back)
  • Details of beneficial office holders / owners

 

Looks like a long list, but most of it is just click, click, drag & drop.

You may fill these out yourself or call YumaPOS for assistance.

Communication

As necessary, YumaPAY or MVSI may contact you via email or phone.

Delivery

Once approved, your new pinpad/s will be shipped to the nominated delivery address, ready for you to activate for the first time.
