Customer Searches and Filters

Overview

As you start gathering more Customer information, you are going to want a quick way to find either a single Customer or a series of Customers that match a set of given criteria.

The Customer List Menu Bar is there to help you.

You will see these Menu Bars all over your BOM. Their format will change depending on the information that is being shown.

The same can be said for Filters.

If you can’t find something in your BOM, check to make sure you haven’t limited the displayed result with a Search term or a Filter.

Search Customer List

Enter part of a Customers Name or phone Number to return a list of partial matches.

Search by Customer Group

User the pull down to select an active Customer Group. All Customers who are in that Customer Group will be listed.

Use Additional Filters

Sometimes what you are looking for is more detailed than just a partial name or phone number match.

Select <Additional Filters> from the Menu Bar and you can create more complex criteria.

Remember that each Criteria is linked by AND. So all must match / be true for the Customer to be part of your results.
